Found Westline on the web and requested a quote which was answered promptly. From there, I was able to secure a booking this week (today) for a couple of simple jobs that turned into a challenge but the guys were great and did a good job to work it out. Grest to see a company willing to help people with small odd jobs unlike others who appear that they can't be bothered with small jobs or it is beneath them to help. Westline have been great and will use them again in the near future and would recommend to others.
3 months agoMichael was very friendly and polite, and took the time to explain different lighting options to me. Unlike some tradies that barely seem to care or listen to you, I felt confident that he was actually taking on board what I was asking for. I didn't feel rushed in making decisions either, which made it less stressful overall. Michael and the apprentence (?) with him were careful of the mess they made, and even vacuumed up after themselves - which is very appreciated. Very happy with the job done, the service, and the people.
5 months agoVery happy with the service provided when getting the quote, organising the job and executing the job. All staff I have engaged with, including the electricians, have been so friendly, patient, accommodating and wanted to make sure I got what I wanted and needed. The electricians were polite and made sure to check the details with me to get everything just right. I really appreciate that, the result is perfect.
