Thank you! It’s so nice to see a business that genuinely cares and goes the extra mile. The service I received yesterday at the Leederville store was first class. Jason installed a new lock quickly and professionally, and just 20 minutes later I was back on my way with the problem completely solved. Excellent customer service from start to finish. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend SAS Locksmith.
2 months agoHad a very good experience with SAS Locksmiths. I’ve used them before for key cutting and every time the service has been excellent. The team has always been helpful, professional, and completed everything on time without any issues. But what really impressed me was what happened today. I accidentally got locked out of my apartment and called them up in a panic. Marc picked up the phone and was at my apartment in exactly 10 minutes. Not only that, he picked the lock in less than 10 seconds like it was nothing. What honestly stood out the most was the honesty and professionalism. He originally quoted me a higher amount over the phone which was the standard rate, but because the job ended up being much quicker than expected, he actually charged me less. That level of honesty is rare these days. Massive thanks to Marc and the SAS Locksmith team. Fast, professional, skilled, and genuinely honest service. Highly recommend.
5 months agoWe just had Marco out to service and fix two faulty locks at my parents’ house. Dad was extremely happy with Marco’s work and friendliness- such a lovely person-we highly recommend him and SAS Locksmiths for prompt, efficient, reliable and thorough service for all your door and lock issues and problems. The cost was surprisingly reasonable- thanks Marco ☺️
