Requested an appointment via PWA website on a Sunday over my 'chirping' fire alarm and was contacted via email within an hour. This was followed up on Monday with a phone call and appointment made. The electricians arrived within 10mins of being advised they were on their way and were very courteous and polite cleaning up after their work ensuring I was happy with the outcome - new fire alarm - showing me the manufacturer date of old one. Extremely happy with outcome and quality of service provided.
