Had a major leak on a Sunday, Chris came out and repaired the pipe in the meter box only to have another pipe burst when he turned the water back on. Some real shonky work by the retic installer was discovered. The retic valves / connection had just been buried with no access to them. The driveway had to be cut to gain access, as it was late Sunday Chris said he would get my water connected temporarily - which he did. He has since returned with Emily and cut my drive (reinforced) and replaced the dodgy retic connection and connected the house properly. Really impressed with their work, very tidy cut in my drive - cleared up all the debris and took away. New meter and retic boxes installed and some very neat pipe work. Thank you both.
4 months agoExcellent service by Evan and Emily, quick and efficient open communication, knew what I was getting before the actual works were carried out. My roof had a leak in the heavy rain last week so had to find someone to come and take a look at it, other roof repair companies I tried gave me a 6 week wait time so I booked Plumdog because they could come out the quickest (4days) and I’m glad I ended up going with them. Easy to book online which I received a very quick response from. My little dog who literally hates everyone seemed to love Evan! And he even left her a little dog treat.
