Plumbing Bros – West Leederville

I was pleased with the work performed Stephen our Plumbing Bros Plumber who did our job, however the charge was absolutely outrageous when I receive the invoice via email. When I queried the cost with management he confirmed that the job took 1 hour and 18 minutes. They did supply 2 small nylon looking washers…… The job total was in excess of $460.00. After the service fee of $90 just to front up, they feel it’s justified to charge $200 per hour from the moment they get on the job. Take my advice, look around for a more reasonable charging plumbing company and pay the invoice on the day while the Plumber is present, don’t wait for an invoice to come from the head office after the plumber has left the site. I have used the company before, again the work was good, however the 2 plumbers on that occasion gave me invoice on the day which was very fair unreasonable. I have done further research since receiving the invoice, $200 per hour is right up the top of the most expensive plumbers in Perth. I must add, had the manager been fair and reasonable with the cost, I would’ve highly recommended this company and given it a five star rating. Be warned, get their fees upfront before you confirm, I believe had I done so I would not have been quoted $50 for every 15 minutes.

The Plumbing Bros team have been such a pleasure to work with for all sorts of plumbing and electrical jobs. As a property manager, I really appreciate having a contractor I can rely on across multiple properties, and they have been consistently great plus the girls in the office are genuinely lovely, super friendly, easy to deal with, and always quick to help which makes everything so much smoother. Overall, I’ve been really happy with Plumbing Bros and will absolutely continue using them as one of my go to contractors!!!!

We had Billy from Perth Plumbing Bros team come out to replace our toilet and we were really impressed. He was punctual, friendly, and did a great job from start to finish. The work was completed quickly, he was very helpful, and he left the site clean and tidy. We’ve used Plumbing Bros multiple times now and highly recommend they consistently do a stellar job. Reliable, professional, and easy to deal with every time. Thanks so much, guys!
