I am not one to post untruthful reviews. My experience with Perth City Air was uplifting and satisfying on all levels. James the salesman was very honest, down to earth, very knowledgeable, and very helpful in finding the best solution for an old house with some issues. I appreciated the details he pointed to and the communication with the electrical team which gave way to a smooth delivery. James also helped me understand how to most efficiently run the system once it had been installed. Top quality service. The installation team was skilled, friendly, relatable, efficient and thorough. Everything got done within the expected time line despite some glitches owing to the house being old and additions having been made to it. The electrical team was efficient, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I would wholeheartedly recommend Perth City Air for quality air conditioning and heating services.

11 months agoWe required a complete removal of our old evaporative system and purchased a new reverse cycle. It was a touch job due to a very tight roof cavity, however PCA took the job on board and we were extremely happy with the installation. We mostly dealt with Nick who was amazing, however all the technicians and staff were lovely to deal with. Very efficient from the start from scheduling a quote right through to the completion of work. I would highly recommend Perth City Air!
