Palazzo auto were exceptional to deal with to get my inspection done. I got yellow stickered for my car, got the defects sorted but there was a discrepancy with my tint, they gave me time to get it sorted for the re-inspection. The whole process was so smooth, they were very helpful and they were all very lovely. Thank you very much Palazzo

Avoid this place - Extremely frustrating experience dealing with Sam from Pallazo. I wasted time and money. Here is why: I paid $225 for the inspection, and Sam (Pallazo) initially told me that 2 small stone chips were the only issue. He recommended a repairer, so I followed his advice and had the repair completed. When I returned to Palazzo a few days later, Sam looked at the repair for only a few seconds and immediately said it was unacceptable. I explained that the repairer had confirmed it was structurally safe, offered to provide the invoice, and even suggested he contact the repairer directly, but he refused to consider it. After following his recommendation and spending an extra $200 repairing the 2 small stone chips on my windscreen, Sam told me I needed to replace the entire windscreen before my car would pass the WA inspection. I found this very frustrating and disappointing, especially because another authorised inspection station passed the exact same vehicle without requiring a new windscreen. I requested a refund, but it was also refused. Overall, I wasted time, money and missed work, only to have another authorised inspection station to approve the same windscreen. So, based on my experience, I strongly don’t recommend this business.

Took my car in for a pits inspection and was extremely impressed with the helpfulness I got from Dermott. He explained to me exactly what I needed to amend in order to pass my re-inspection and answered any of the questions I had regarding vehicle compliance. I highly recommend going to Palazzo as their team, particularly Dermott, are brilliant to deal with. Thank you.
