O’Brien plumbing attended and the plumber stated he parked miles away which I’m unsure why as there was more than enough parking out the front. It isn’t my issue that he didn’t drive around to the front entrance to see that. He also could’ve called me to check where to park. I was overcharged and contacted O’brien plumbing straight away to let them know. I received a message four hours later to tell me they would take a couple of days to get back to me. I attempted to contact them again in the morning and they advised they’re looking into the vehicle tracking of when he attended site and when they were fully packed leaving site. When I was quoted there was nothing said about paying until he had fully left the site. It also makes sense that he parked miles away so could charge more. I paid $355 for a shower rail set to be put on that already had the holes there and to be told my hot water system is 21 years old which is very clearly displayed on the system. The plumber very clearly was moving at a slow pace e.g why did it conveniently take 15 minutes to check the hot water system just to see the date. I also carried the tradies tool box up the stairs to the second level. Shame on me for trying to help then get scammed. What a horrible horrible company. Don’t recommend going with them at all. Edit to add after your response - as I said to you there was more than enough parking out the front. Your tradesman is the only tradie to ever come and not be able to see the clear parking. Anyone that has come to my apartment and I have told about the terrible service are also very confused as to how he didn’t know where to park. The tradie also lied about a delay in getting let in so you and your team cannot be trusted. I wouldn’t dream of ever calling you after trying several times right after the tradie left and it took 4 days to hear from your manager who blamed the fact that your tradesman couldn’t find where to park on me :) :) you’re disgraceful.
