Just update from the negative review last time I wrote. there are more problem after that. I chose your workshop primarily because of its convenient location next to my workplace. Unfortunately, the entire experience has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional. To begin with, the initial online quote was already higher than the quote provided by the Mazda dealership. While I was willing to proceed despite the price difference, I was later charged more than the confirmed online quote. This defeats the purpose of providing an online quotation at the time of booking. When I queried the price discrepancy with reception, the response I received was simply, “I don’t know.” This is not an acceptable explanation. When I collected my vehicle, no service details were explained to me. I was handed the keys with no communication regarding the work completed. Additionally, the “oil change due” warning had not been reset. I was told there was nothing the mechanic could do and that I would need to visit Mazda to reset it. This is unreasonable, there is no justification for requiring a customer to visit another workshop to complete a basic service function. After driving home, the engine oil warning light came on again. Upon inspection, I discovered that oil was leaking. I returned the vehicle immediately. I received no phone call to explain the issue, nor any notification that the vehicle was ready for collection. I had to attend in person to check. Only when I asked was I told the issue was a faulty oil filter. Subsequently, I began to notice rough idling and engine vibration. Given the previous issues, I no longer had confidence in your workshop and took the vehicle to a licensed mechanic for a full inspection. I was informed that the spark plugs had not been properly tightened and that the crush washer had not been correctly compressed, directly affecting engine performance. This is a serious oversight. One routine service has resulted in multiple mechanical issues, significant inconvenience, and several days of wasted time. I take great care of my vehicle, and the standard of workmanship I received from MyCar East Perth is unacceptable.

Hex screw in hire car tyre and going away next day. Rang mycar Tyre - said if I came promptly they’d repair it straight away. Got there before 4:50pm and was on my way by 5pm - absolutely remarkable service. Highly recommend. Thanks Dale and staff.
