Team at Ford & Doonan West Perth were outstanding. Had a slightly complicated job and they worked to find a solution for us. The installation was done when they said they would and they did it in a day. And they were a really friendly and professional team. I wouldn't hesitate recommending.
3 months agoThe experience with Ford and Doonan was superb, from quotation to installation. The installation was complete in one day, with an overnight running of the fan, with a follow-up to commission the system the next day. The installers enquired about the previous system, I mentioned it was working but hard to find anyone to Service, and we are looking to have ours Serviced change of Season, the installer mentioned they will let the office know who can then diarise so they can initiate contact. Being the type of after care service I am looking for.
2 years agoThe whole team was extremely professional, and Reuben went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the install. We're so glad we chose Ford & Doonan to replace our ducted system. Definitely coming back to Ford & Doonan West Perth for future servicing!
