Hazel and her team are simply sensational. They are fast, efficient and knowledgeable in the Prestige Motor Vehicle Industry. I had major work that needed to be done to my Mercedes CLA 250, taken over the pits, like expert work - probably, no joke 11 items. My father did the old, "Get a quote from my mechanic." I went to two other mechanics, the first one refused to give me a quote on the work that needed to be done because he wasn't sure if he was going to get the job? I was like "Yes, I need a quote first", the next one said "I don't know what to do", I'm not sure if my team can handle it, at least he was honest. Hazel had been my mechanic since 2022, I called her she was like "Leave it with me." Within a week I had an answer on everything and a proper quote, an completion date, she ran rings around those guys, so much so, my Dad's booked his next service with her. It' s out of his way. I had a warranty it was dicey, let's say she's an Angel. I had to sell the car, I asked her if she knew a good detailer. She said, "I'll get it done today, it will be ready for tomorrow." She got me a quote straight away. I had previously organised all tyres to be replaced, she said "Get them to do it here, then we know its done properly." I didn't even have to go into the office, she did all of it remotely. The car was immaculate and it ran beautifully. She saved me a lot of money... She's fast and on point and got me my desired outcome, I was really impressed, I sold the Merc, couldn't have done it without Hazel and her team.
a year agoI cannot praise the team at European Prestige auto service more if I tried. Their commitment to outstanding customer service, product knowledge and their attention to detail is outstanding. They go above and beyond to find the best options for your car and find the best price points. If you try them you will never go elsewhere
11 months agoI have been bringing my Mercedes here ever since I finished the warranty services at Mercedes. They are much cheaper and extremely honest and helpful
