I can’t recommend this company enough. I had to call out a plumber due to a leaking hot water system and steam piling out of it. That was on Tuesday this week, within 24 hours I had a new hot water system put in and a burst pipe detected underneath it. I was incredibly stressed out with what was happening but both Jay and Ryan put my mind at ease from start to finish. Very professional, friendly and excellent job. ASAP Plumbing were great to deal with when we recently had a pipe leak in an internal laundry wall. They arrived as soon as possible, were really professional and talked us through what was happening and our options and did a top job from start to finish. 100% happy with their calls, emails and face to face contact and the job quality and advice was spot on. Professional, FAST, competitive pricing, upfront detailed product, reliable and informative. Upgrade our toilets, and shower areas. (I changed toilets and shower heads couple times to meet my expectation, except shower screens. Well, now I learn to always see the product before installing them to avoid surprise). Really happy with the result. Keep up the good work! My shower screens look beautiful and really makes my bathrooms look new. But I dont like the 180degrees opening, Luke was able to make fast decision for door stopper, really happy.) Called them again because we had problem with our hot water system, ASAP fix the problem once again. Definitely will call ASAP again for any plumbing/gas project. Very recommended.
