Does not attend to warranty issues. Does not come for scheduled visits. When calling to find out why no one comes, they state their plumbers are not experienced in fixing the issues. No decency to communicate to the customer that no one will come. 4 visits in which no one comes. Then they have said we will be sent with the contractor two times now. Totally unreliable business.

The one star reflex their quality of work. Came to my house to fix a shower head leak. Overtightened the fitting coming out of the wall and broke the pipe in the wall. After telling them the issue they assumed me there was nothing wrong. After a month water was coming out our walls in our brand new house. 9 months later I still cannot use my shower. Still waiting to see who is going to repair all my walls which now have water damage and mould. Not a happy with the service. Even the new pipe is not at 90 degrees to the tiles. Screw as.
