Great to have both Matt & Abby assisting with installation of Evnex X22 [3-phase] charger. They were both knowledgeble and were able to take on the challange to install the cabling neatly and the outcome is wonderful.. A great pleasure have them both attended to this job. 5 months agoCalled on a sunday and had quick response. Even though they were not able to srt our specific issue then, they offered to bring out a generator until they could fix it the following day. Even though I found someone more local (we live rural) and didn't end up using them, they still contacted me the following morning to ensure I had been looked after. This is what I call simple professional courteously and would make me consider them in the future.
2 months agoWe had an emergency after Western Power found an issue with our meter that required a licensed electrician. Fraser quickly organised everything, and Devin arrived the same afternoon. Devin was extremely professional, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He worked tirelessly in heavy rain, explained everything clearly, and made sure the job was done properly before he left. Excellent customer service, fast response and quality workmanship. Highly recommend this company!
