We were impressed with our Ilve oven service and repair!nThe whole process was managed very professionally: scheduling was easy and we were able to provide relevant information beforehand, which meant the technician was well prepared and had all required spare parts with him. On the day we were kept informed about the arrival time, right down to being able to track the technician's arrival in real time!nThe visit went smoothly and all issues (total of 3) were addressed and rectified in a reasonable time. Very happy with the outcome.

Through numerous interactions and call outs staff from the office to technicians (shout-out to Ed & Michael) have been great to deal with. Gladly recommend.
